How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within three to five business days. Personalized pieces take a little longer because they are crafted exclusively for you. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide complimentary shipping on all orders over fifty dollars. For orders under fifty dollars, standard shipping rates apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Plana serves a global community. Shipping times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

How do I choose my size?

Each apparel item includes a detailed size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a tailored yet comfortable fit.

Can I personalize my order?

Yes. Many of our products can be customized with names, dates, or messages that carry personal meaning. Please review your details carefully before placing your order since personalized items are made exclusively for you.

Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We stand by every item with our thirty day Satisfaction Guarantee. If your purchase does not feel absolutely right, we will make it right whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

Are there items I cannot return?

Yes. Gift cards, personal care items, and personalized products unless defective cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

How does Plana give back to the community?

Plana is rooted in culture and driven by purpose. Five percent of our net profits are dedicated to scholarships for students at historically Black colleges and universities. Every purchase is an investment in education, legacy, and the future of our community.

How else does Plana support HBCU students?

Beyond scholarships, Plana proudly offers a summer internship program created exclusively for HBCU students. This experience provides curated mentorship from professionals, real world training in business and branding, and opportunities to work on meaningful projects that celebrate culture and empower the community. Each intern receives a stipend, builds a professional portfolio, and connects with leaders who are committed to nurturing the next generation of visionaries.
